At Oak Tree Life Skills CIC, we are seeking dedicated and compassionate Activity Support Workers to join our team. In this rewarding role, you will support individuals to engage in meaningful activities that promote confidence, independence, and overall well-being.
As an Activity Support Worker, you will help the people we support to develop life skills, participate in community-based experiences, and build social connections in a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment. We are looking for people who share our values of respect, empathy, and empowerment, and who are committed to fostering positive relationships while tailoring support to each individual’s goals and interests.
