A place where learning, confidence and independence grow
What Services Do We Offer?
Creative, hands-on workshops focused on life skills, communication, and confidence. From art to IT, woodwork to wellbeing — we build independence in a way that’s engaging and accessible.
Our experienced team delivers individualised support for people with complex health or care needs — including PEG feeding, epilepsy management, stoma and catheter care, and more. All staff are trained in first aid and safeguarding to ensure a safe, respectful environment for every individual.
Welcome to Oak Tree Life Skills
Based in Clacton-on-Sea, we’re a friendly and vibrant day service for adults aged 16 and over. Whether someone joins independently or with their own PA, they’ll find a safe, inclusive space to build skills and make connections.
Our approach is flexible and person-led. With a low staff-to-client ratio and support from professionals in education, care, and therapy, we adapt every day to suit individual strengths, interests and goals.
Workshops aren’t just activities — they’re practical steps toward greater independence, confidence, and quality of life.
Why Choose Oak Tree Life Skills?
Whether someone needs complex care or just a little guidance, we meet them where they are — and grow together from there.
