Compassionate, Individualised Support for Complex Needs

At Oak Tree Life Skills CIC, we understand that some individuals require a higher level of care and attention. That’s why we offer tailored, professional support for adults with complex physical or medical needs — in a warm, inclusive environment where safety, dignity and independence always come first.

We don’t just meet clinical needs — we make sure every person is supported to engage, grow and feel valued as part of our community.

Our team is trained to deliver a wide range of specialist care services, supporting individuals who live with complex health conditions

or require assistance with essential daily functions.

Here’s how we help:

We provide safe, hygienic support for individuals requiring percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (PEG) feeding — ensuring meals and hydration are managed smoothly and with dignity.

Our team is trained in epilepsy awareness and seizure management, with tailored protocols in place for those with known conditions. We also maintain close communication with families and healthcare providers.

Respectful, discreet support with personal care needs, including hygiene routines, dressing, and mobility. Our staff follow proper manual handling procedures and always prioritise comfort and safety.

We follow strict protocols for medication management, with all staff fully trained to administer prescribed medications safely and accurately, including PRN (as-needed) support where applicable.

All staff are trained in general first aid and emergency response, giving you peace of mind that we can respond quickly and appropriately to unexpected situations.

Our team undergoes regular safeguarding training to protect the wellbeing of every individual in our care. We promote a safe, respectful environment where concerns are identified and addressed early.

Staff are trained to support individuals who use stoma bags or catheters. We ensure this care is handled with dignity, privacy and professionalism at all times.
